At Allyma Foods, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at returns@allymafoods.com.
Returns should be sent to:

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at returns@allymafoods.com so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food products)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different item?
The fastest way is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Eligible items must:

  • Be in original condition

  • Be unused and in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at returns@allymafoods.com
