π¦ Retail & Small Parcel Orders
For individual and smaller wholesale orders:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2β4 business days.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5β10 business days, depending on location.

Shipping Carriers: We use trusted partners including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on shipping destination, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Domestic (USA): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Fees and lead times vary by region.

Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.
π’ Wholesale Orders (Bulk Pallets & Master Cases)
If you're a distributor, retailer, or foodservice buyer:

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): Wholesale orders start at one pallet per SKU, unless otherwise specified.

Freight & Delivery: We offer FOB and DDP options. Freight costs will be quoted at time of invoice or handled by your preferred logistics provider.

Lead Time: Orders typically ship within 7β14 business days from confirmed payment and logistics coordination.

Documentation: Commercial invoice, packing list, and COAs (if applicable) provided with each shipment.

π’ Full Container Loads (FCL) & Export Shipping
For our international buyers and large-volume clients:

Container Options: We support 20FT and 40FT FCL shipments from our Ecuador facilities.

Ports of Origin: Primarily Guayaquil, Ecuador, unless specified otherwise.

Incoterms: We support EXW, FOB, CFR, and DDP, depending on your needs.

Lead Time: Export orders typically require 2β4 weeks for production, documentation, and dispatch.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by:
