At Allyma Foods, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with transparency, care, and reliability β€” whether you’re ordering a single product or an entire container.


πŸ“¦ Retail & Small Parcel Orders

For individual and smaller wholesale orders:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days, depending on location.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use trusted partners including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on shipping destination, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


🧾 Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (USA): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Fees and lead times vary by region.

  • Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.


🏒 Wholesale Orders (Bulk Pallets & Master Cases)

If you're a distributor, retailer, or foodservice buyer:

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): Wholesale orders start at one pallet per SKU, unless otherwise specified.

  • Freight & Delivery: We offer FOB and DDP options. Freight costs will be quoted at time of invoice or handled by your preferred logistics provider.

  • Lead Time: Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days from confirmed payment and logistics coordination.

  • Documentation: Commercial invoice, packing list, and COAs (if applicable) provided with each shipment.

🚒 Full Container Loads (FCL) & Export Shipping

For our international buyers and large-volume clients:

  • Container Options: We support 20FT and 40FT FCL shipments from our Ecuador facilities.

  • Ports of Origin: Primarily Guayaquil, Ecuador, unless specified otherwise.

  • Incoterms: We support EXW, FOB, CFR, and DDP, depending on your needs.

  • Lead Time: Export orders typically require 2–4 weeks for production, documentation, and dispatch.

  • Export Documentation Provided:

    • Commercial Invoice

    • Packing List

    • Certificate of Origin

    • Phytosanitary Certificate (if applicable)

    • Bill of Lading

    • Product COAs (if required)

❗ Delays & Disruptions

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance issues

  • Port congestion or carrier backlogs

  • Force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, etc.)

We will always communicate proactively and work with you to resolve any shipping issues.
